Scope

These terms apply to the use of the GameClique app. The provider is named in the legal notice.

Service

GameClique provides party games, tools for game nights and a table for groups of players. All tools and the base content of the games are free of charge and free of ads.

All content is stored on your device. There is no entitlement to the recovery of deleted or lost data.

GameClique Plus

GameClique Plus unlocks additional content and features. It is available as a weekly subscription, a yearly subscription and a one-time purchase. The current prices are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless they are cancelled at least 24 hours before they end. Billing, management and cancellation are handled through your App Store or Google Play account.

Refunds are subject to the terms of the respective store.

Conduct

In the buzzer, nicknames are visible to everyone in the room. Do not use names that are offensive, unlawful or infringe the rights of others.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory statutory provisions. Otherwise, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical damage.

Changes and governing law

We may adjust these terms if the app or the legal situation changes. German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
